Welcome to the Cottage Farm Property Owner's Association!
Cottage Farm is a residential community, with access to the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, located within the city of Beaufort, South Carolina. Development first began in 1990. There are 116 total single-family residential lots in Cottage Farm, of which 102 are currently developed. Cottage Farm is administered by the Cottage Farm Property Owners’ Association (CFPOA) through a 7 member elected Board of Directors and a 5 member Architectural Control Committee. The CFPOA enforces the Protective Covenants and operates under the Cottage Farm Bylaws. An annual assessment of $288.00 is presently levied on each lot. All new constructions, additions, landscaping, tree removal, etc. must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee. Please refer to the Bylaws for specific requirements.
