The CFPOA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and three at large Board Members. Assisting the Board of Directors is an Architectural Control Committee which is chaired by one of the Directors and comrised of four Members. PROTECTIVE COVENANTS: The Protective Covenants, as ammended, were promulgated by the developers of Cottage Farm and ammended by the Association. Each property owner, their realtor or attorney where applicable, is encouraged to read and understand the provisions contained in the Covenants and provide a copy of same or a link to this website so that any prospective purchaser of property in Cottage Farm is aware of and complies with the provisions contained therein.
BY-LAWS: As directed in the Protective Covenants, the Board of Directors has established By-Laws, as ammended, which govern the day to day operation of the Association. As stated above, each property owner, their realtor or attorney where applicable, shall become familiar with the provisions of said By-Laws and provide a copy of same or a link to this website so that any prospective purchaser of property in Cottage Farm is aware of and complies with the provisions contained therein. Both documents have been filed with the Beaufort County Register of Deeds.
RULES & REGS FOR COMMON PROPERTY: As authorized in the By Laws, the Board of Directors has adopted rules and regulations applying to the use of the Common Property.
