MAILBOX SPECIFICATIONS

A uniform mailbox has been adopted for use within Cottage Farm.  It is the Owner's responsibility to ensure that their builder complies with the approved specifications.  Replacement mailboxes can be obtained at the Grayco Hardware Store located on Lady's Island.  Arrangements may also be made through Mr. Barry Milo to have the mailbox constructed at the Owner's expense. REALTOR SIGNS EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2011

A new policy was adopted by the Association at our Annual Meeting on September 20, 2010 concerning the type and verbiage on signs which will be used for the sale, lease, or rental of property within Cottage Farm. When using a realtor, the appropriate sign placement will be the responsibility of the realtor.  For those property owners who choose to "sell by owner", obtaining and placement of the sign will be the responsiblity of the property owner.  Click here for a link to the policy and information on where and how the signs may be obtained.
